All of our customers are relying on the critical services we provide now more than ever, and they do not have to worry about losing them during this crisis. We have suspended all service disconnections for individuals, families, and businesses.
Important: Customer bills/debt will not be forgiven or erased, so please continue to make payments to the best of your ability. Late fees and any other applicable charges will still apply.

High bills?
Many customers are seeing higher bills because they are home rather than at work where they use their employer’s water and sewer service. We’re seeing normal water use across our service area, but it’s clearly shifted from commercial use to residential. In addition, we’re streamlining our meter reading routes to increase efficiency and provide our customers with a stabilized and more predictable billing periods, however, this is resulting in longer billing cycles (3-5 extra days per bill), which can result in higher or lower bills depending on when the shifted cycles occur.

We’re still here, working for you.
We’re operating to assure that our customers have the water and sewer services they need. We do not anticipate any service disruptions. Our mission to support public health and protect the environment, and we always will.

Electronic bill payments protect you and our staff.
